SDAFP Mourns the Loss of Dr. Michael Hart
The San Diego Family Medicine Community has lost a dear friend and leader. Mike Hart of Sharp Grossmont Family Medical Group passed away unexpectedly on Thanksgiving morning following a bicycle accident near Jamul. Mike had been an avid cyclist all of his life. He leaves behind his wife Emily and three young children. A fund for them has been established. Please send donations to:
